TERMS OF SERVICE
Payment can be either on Paypal (int’l or local), GCash (PH residents) that I’ll be sending with your invoice.
A 50% down payment (you can also pay in full) will be asked after the ROUGH sketch.
Once paid, NO REFUNDS. Unless I can’t do your commission piece due to private reasons.
I'll be doing your commission in my OWN ARTSTYLE.
I’ll only do REVISION of your commissioned piece if it still on the Flat Color process. Revising on a finish work will cost you an additional price charge, so be sure to deliver all necessary details before I start the commission piece.
RUSH COMMISSIONS (if you want me to finish it in weeks or less) will cost you an additional price charge per piece, so keep that in mind.
Estimated TAT's are the following (and are subjective to change): [A. L2D Model (H/F): 2-3 months] [B. PNG / Illustrations (H/F): 1-2 months] [C. Emotes / Logo (Icon/H): 1-2 weeks]
Final output will be sent to your email address with the Google Drive link after paying in FULL and the image format will be in .PNG (transparent BG), .JPG (white or with other background)
I will have the RIGHT to post your commissioned piece on my social media/page, providing the name (alias) or your profile link with my watermark. Unless we are negotiating about “commercial use”
After receiving the commissioned piece, you CANNOT alter the image/s (by means of tracing, copying, adding other edits) and CLAIM IT AS YOUR ARTWORK if you are commissioning me. For COMMERCIAL USE, we can negotiate the terms.
If you also post it on your respective social media/page (for PERSONAL USE), CREDIT me as an artist of the said commissioned piece and put my link / name page on the caption.
If you're planning to resell the model/artwork, do not price it more than my average price.
